Dr. Mohammad Halaibeh, MD
At Knee and Vein Vascular Centers, Dr. Mohammad Halaibeh provides a level of care informed by a truly national perspective. While establishing his practice here in Dallas, Dr. Halaibeh continues to travel across the United States—from Seattle and Houston to Miami and Memphis—to perform high-end endovascular procedures. By maintaining this active national presence, he ensures that the latest medical advancements and most refined techniques are brought directly to his patients in North Texas.
Academic & Clinical Foundation
Dr. Halaibeh’s expertise is built on a foundation of training at the nation’s most prestigious medical institutions. He earned his medical degree from Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine before completing his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He then pursued specialized fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at NYU Langone Health. Following his formal training, Dr. Halaibeh served at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH), where he further refined his skills in complex interventional cases within a high-acuity academic environment.

Dr. Amani Al Hazaymeh
At Knee and Vein Vascular Centers, Dr. Amani Al-Hazaymeh specializes in the treatment of superficial venous disease and venous reflux. She is the architect of the practice’s specialized, female-centered clinical path—a dedicated initiative designed to provide maximum privacy and comfort. By utilizing an all-female clinical staff for venous examinations, Dr. Al-Hazaymeh ensures a supportive and discreet environment where patients can feel completely at ease. Dr. Al-Hazaymeh’s medical career is defined by high achievement and leadership. After earning her medical degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Zucker School of Medicine/Northwell Health at Mather Hospital.
Her performance during residency was exemplary; she was honored with both the Best Intern and Best Senior Resident awards. Her commitment to clinical excellence and mentorship led to her selection as Chief Resident for Education, where she played a pivotal role in the academic training of her fellow residents. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
A Precision-Driven Path to Venous Medicine.
Dr. Al-Hazaymeh’s transition into venous medicine was sparked by her early training in Ophthalmology. While in that field, she developed a deep appreciation for high-precision, small-scale procedures. This fascination with technical detail, combined with a desire for more comprehensive patient interaction, led her to pivot her focus and undergo specialized training to become a venous specialist.
Before joining Knee and Vein Vascular Centers, she served as a primary care provider for One Medical in Fort Worth. This experience reinforced her belief in holistic, patient-centered care and the importance of making every patient an active partner in their own health journey.
